Odd – The price offered by the Company for a specific Bet, representing the amount paid per earned betting unit.

Coupon – Description of offered collective Bets published in printed or electronic form for public information and betting purposes.

Bet Slip – Posted Bet shown on the Company’s website which describes the Bet.

Bet – A valid bet ratified by the Company’s terminal, recorded in the central computer system, for which a Bet Slip is issued.

Client – A person who has participated in collective Bets organised by the Company and for whom at least one valid Bet Slip is issued.

Regulation – The present text describing the general rules governing Bets between the Company and its Clients, as well as additional rules listed on the company website, Bet Slips and Coupons.

Win Calculation Date – The recognised time for the Company’s central computer system to process Bets and determine their status as win, lose or void.

The following betting Regulations are valid from the date of publication and govern all Bets accepted by the Company, regardless of whether the Client is aware of them.

Clients of the Company must read, accept and follow these Regulations. Having a valid Betting Slip issued by the Company implies acknowledgement and acceptance of the Company’s Regulations.

The Client may request the cancellation of their Bet within 10 minutes of placing it, provided a game has not commenced and odds have not changed. Bets can only be cancelled with the approval of the Company.

Cancellation of Bets cannot be done for LIVE BETTING.

Cancellations (not including void matches or odds changes) are only permitted in the following cases:

- If there was an error in the input options or the amount of the Bet.

- If more than 10 minutes have passed since the Bet was accepted, the cancellation request must be received by Company staff via email before the start of the first event in the Bet.

The Company has the right to refuse to cancel any Bet.

The Company reserves the right to declare as void any Bet transmitted after the start of a sports event, with the exception of live Bets placed during the game.

Bets placed for games not held on the same day, or postponed or abandoned, will be valid for 48 hours. If the event has not commenced or been completed within 48 hours it will be considered VOID (Odds 1.00).

If the date and start time entered into the Company’s system differs from the actual date and start time of the event, all options for that event will be subject to cancellation and Bets will be refunded, except for live Bets.

When a Bet consists of several options and one or more events are already in progress or completed at the time the Bet is accepted, those selections will be valued at 1.00 and the remaining options settled accordingly.

Example: A 5-team selection with a €20 stake where Leeds and Luton have already started. Leeds and Luton are voided at odds of 1.00 and the remaining 3 teams are settled with the full €20 stake.

Each ratified Bet will appear in the overall records of the Company and in a secondary backup file. The Odds at the time the Bet was struck will be the Odds used to calculate winnings.

Only the content of Bet Slip receipts held in the Company’s archives will be acknowledged. If a Client’s Bet Slip differs from the Company’s records, the Company reserves the right to consider the Bet invalid.

All odds are subject to fluctuations. The Company reserves the right to change any Odds at any time.

The Odds applicable for calculating winnings are those offered by the Company at the time the Bet was acknowledged. The real Odds for any selection always remain those printed on the Bet Slip. All Clients are advised to carefully check their valid Bet Slips upon placement.

Bets that exceed the established betting limits set by the Company will require manual acceptance by Company staff. The procedure will at all times be in accordance with the Betting Rules and Regulations.

Related contingencies (selections with logical connections), e.g. Liverpool to win 2-0 and Liverpool to lead during both halves, are only accepted as singles.

If cumulative Bets are mistakenly accepted, the Bet will be divided equally into singles for each quoted probability. Exceptions apply where a special combined Odd is offered.

Payment of winnings will be settled immediately once the result of the event has been published and settled by the Company. Winnings will be transferred to the Player’s account.

If an event result cannot be officially verified, the Company has the right to delay settlement and, in cases of wrong win calculations, to withhold payouts.

Each Bet type is subject to a maximum payout determined by the Company. The maximum payout per customer per day is as follows:

- Final result (1X2) on all football matches except Cyprus matches: €100,000

- Football Bet including one or more Cyprus teams (any bet type): €20,000

- Football Specialities (all bet types excluding the final 1X2 result): €50,000

- Live Betting on football matches: €50,000

- Pre-game, Live Betting and Ante-Post on Basketball, Tennis, Motorsports, Volleyball and all other sports: €20,000

- Ante-Post on Football and Eurovision: €30,000

In the event of a World Cup Tournament or any other special circumstance, the Company may announce an increase or decrease in the maximum payout limit for the duration of the tournament.

All maximum payout limits apply to every Client, or group of Clients acting together, who place Bets on the same event or a series of related Bets.

The Company tries to avoid mistakes in publishing Odds but reserves the right to change incorrect Odds even after an event. An obvious misprint is considered any Odd that is at least 30% higher than the average Odds offered by licensed Betting Companies.

The Company is not responsible for the validity of information provided regarding dates, start times, ratings or any other information. Any apparent misprint on Coupons or other publications does not bind the Company.

Where there is evidence of irregularities or suspicious betting patterns, or doubts about the integrity of an event, the Company reserves the right to cancel Bets and postpone or withhold payments until the official governing body has completed its investigation.

Any decision taken by the governing body shall be conclusive and final. The Company will implement criminal proceedings against any client involved in fraud, dishonesty or criminal acts.

All football Bets will be settled at 90 minutes of regular play (injury and stoppage time allowed). Extra time, Golden Goals and penalty shootouts do not count.

Games suspended before the end of an event will be considered void and paid at Odds 1.00, except for options that have already been determined.

Options are considered determined when they are already won or lost and the outcome could not change even if the game had continued. For example, in a match suspended at 60 minutes with a score of 0-0, Half Time bets already settled stand, while Full Time bets are voided.

Neutral ground announcements are for information purposes only. The Company will endeavour to inform Clients of any change of location or neutral ground but will not be held responsible if it inadvertently fails to do so.

By accepting a valid Bet Slip, the Client irrevocably declares that he/she has read, fully understands and accepts the Company’s Regulations.

It is the sole responsibility of the Client to check that their Bets are placed correctly. Mistakes made by the Client are not recognised and verification of winnings will be based on the Company Regulations.

In the event of a tie between participants in any sport, the respective forecast is considered a Dead Heat.

If a Dead Heat is officially declared, half the stake is applied to the selection at full Odds and the other half is lost. If more than two participants Dead Heat, the stake is proportioned accordingly.

Example: If 3 players share the top goalscorer of a World Cup tournament, the stake is divided by 3 and each portion is multiplied by the Odds.

Results are always as recognised on the field or podium. Any sports results deriving from disciplinary or legal action which alter the official placings shall not be taken into account.

Investigations conducted on the day of the event may be considered for settlement purposes, but any examination on the following day or later which alters a result will not count.

Ante-Post: In any football league or sporting event where play-offs determine the winner, the final standings after the play-offs have been completed will count.

The Client chooses the place option to back a Team/Player/Driver to finish in a specified number of top positions.

If ¼ Odds are offered for places 1 and 2, the Client wins ¼ of the returns if the selection finishes in the top 2. If ⅓ Odds are offered, the Client wins ⅓ of the returns.

Live Bets are offered exclusively during an event on a dedicated live bets platform. Odds are continuously updated to reflect the current status of the game.

Customers can accept Odds changes using the “Accept all Odds changes” or “Accept higher or lower Odds” options when placing a Bet.

If coverage is abandoned or a technical problem causes incorrect Odds to be displayed, all Bets during that time span will be voided.

The following rules apply to Live Betting:

- If the outcome of a market cannot be verified officially, the Company reserves the right to delay settlement until official confirmation.

- If markets were offered when the outcome was already known, the Company reserves the right to void any betting.

- In cases where coverage is abandoned and the match finishes in regular time, all markets will be settled according to the final result.

- In cases of incorrect settlement, the Company reserves the right to correct them at any time.

- If a match is interrupted and continues within 48 hours of the initial kick-off, all open Bets will be settled with the final result. Otherwise all undecided Bets are void.

- Yellow card counts as 1 card; red or yellow-red card as 2. One player cannot cause more than 3 cards. Cards shown after the match are not considered. Cards for non-players (substituted players, managers, bench players not substituted) are not considered.

- Yellow card counts as 10 booking points; red or yellow-red card as 25 points. One player cannot cause more than 35 booking points.

- Corners awarded but not taken are not considered.

- Own goals are not considered for Next Goalscorer or Anytime Goalscorer settlement purposes.

- All players who took part in the match since kick-off or the previous goal are considered as runners.

- Any complaint about a result must be submitted in writing to the head office within 7 days of the event.

Under no circumstances will there be cancellations or refunds for LIVE BETS. If a Live Bet is placed at an incorrect Odd due to delayed coverage, the Bet will be settled as VOID (Odds 1.00), regardless of whether it wins or loses.
